I have been at UNLV since 1988. I served as Chair of the Tourism and Convention Administration Department for almost 20 years before stepping down to take the distance learning position. Prior to joining the faculty at UNLV, I chaired the Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration Department at Georgia State University in Atlanta for almost 10 years. I currently teach on-premise catering online.
